Dinner Through The Decades - Apprentice Dinner

Join us on Friday, Sept 6, where six Fairmont properties represented by aspiring chefs will showcase their culinary skills at the 15th annual Fairmont Apprentice Dinner.

Hosted in the Pacific Ballroom at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, it will be an evening to remember.

Culinary apprentices from Fairmont's Pacific Northwest region will take to the kitchen on their own to prepare an eight-course dinner for guests, culinary mentors and Fairmont's Executive Chefs. The competing properties include Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Fairmont Pacific Rim, Fairmont Empress, Fairmont Vancouver Airport, Fairmont Waterfront, and Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

The theme for the event this year will be Through The Decades, and each of the properties will create dishes that relate to their unique decade.

 Hosted cocktails and canapés at 5:30 pm

Followed by an eight-course dinner with wine pairings at 6:30pm 

After Party – ‘Till Late

Tickets are $169 per person and include the reception, dinner, wine. Taxes and gratuities extra.
