Embrace the slow days of summer with an artistic afternoon of tea and twirls. Begin your afternoon with bubbles at our Mimosa Bar with sparkling and non-alcoholic options. Led by local calligraphy artist Jenny Wong of Sequel Creative, learn the basics of Modern Calligraphy with Brush Pen in a 1-hour guided session and create your own personalized design on a paper fan to take home.

Following the workshop, indulge in Notch8’s Garden Party Afternoon Tea complete with our signature scones, savoury bites and sweet treats. Each guest will receive a personalized tea tin by Sequel Creative as a sweet momento.

About Jenny Wong:
Step into the beautiful world of Jenny Wong, the Vancouver-based calligraphy artist and founder of Sequel Creative and Sequel Seed Workshops. From a young age, Jenny found joy and a unique warmth in the art of handwritten letters and notes. This same heartfelt connection blossomed when she discovered calligraphy, an art form that allows her to infuse a special, personal touch into every creation.

Jenny has made a name for herself crafting personalized bespoke pieces and collaborating with a variety of notable brands. Her passion lies in sharing the elegant and timeless art of calligraphy, inviting others to experience the same warmth and beauty it brings.
