Thank you for considering us for your upcoming celebration. Our private dining room is an elegant space reminiscent of a historic luxury rail car and is the perfect private dining venue for your next event. The unique room offers an intimate and private ambiance as an extension of Notch8 Restaurant & Bar.

The private dining room is used for a themed afternoon tea service every Wednesday to Sunday, and currently, the room décor is inspired by Pop Art. 

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is pleased to also offer a selection of elegant private event rooms to accommodate your group.

Choices for set menus are required 10 business days in advance, if you wish for guests to make selections on the night of the event please add $10 per person.

The minimum booking spend for the Notch8 Private Dining Room is as follows;
Sunday - Thursdays, 6pm - Close: $2,500 CAD
Friday & Saturday, 6pm - Close: $4,000 CAD
