On September 22, 2025, back by popular demand, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver's iconic lobby will play host to another intimate dinner,  this time, featuring wines from Penfolds, Bodega Garzón, andPasqua.

It will be a special evening celebrating tradition and innovation in wine, featuring the storied elegance of Penfolds, the bold spirit of Uruguay’s Bodega Garzón, and the contemporary charm of Pasqua. This exclusive five-course dinner celebrates how tradition informs innovation, inviting a new generation of wine lovers into the fold. Guests will enjoy thoughtfully-paired courses inspired by local, seasonal ingredients, that highlight each winery’s unique philosophy, rooted in legacy, while daring in vision. Engage in lively conversation with winery ambassadors as we explore the evolving palate of today’s wine consumer. It’s a celebration of timeless craft, bold ideas, and the future of fine wine.
