Haunted Cellar Afternoon Tea

Tucked beneath the storied walls of Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, the Haunted Cellar Afternoon Tea invites guests into a world where elegance meets the eerie.

Savour a bewitching selection of handcrafted pastries, savoury bites, and seasonal confections — all inspired by the mysterious beauty of the season. With flickering candlelight, gothic touches, and a whisper of the supernatural, every detail is designed to delight… and disturb.

Delve into the richness of savoury dishes including a hauntingly good sausage roll with beet ketchup, a tuna tartare with pine nuts and black magic aioli on a crispy, house-made potato chip, as well as an autumnal fig tart with caramelized onions, rosemary and brie, to name a few. The artistry of the hotel’s pastry team will highlight a collection of decadent desserts such as the ‘Midnight Burial’ with a milk chocolate mousse, bitter chocolate brownie and cherries, or the New York cheesecake, with a raspberry gel – and a spooky twist. Don’t miss the ‘Bewitched’ caramel pecan cupcake, complete with a witch’s hat, that is sure to put you under its spell.
